Important information regarding methods of payment and how to update payment details
What payment methods are accepted by Unbiased?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, and MasterCard.
How do I receive my invoice?
You can easily download your invoice within your UnbiasedPro account:
1. Simply sign into your account and click on 'Billing' on the left-hand menu.
2. Click 'Past payments' and then click 'Receipt' next to the relevent invoice.
This will then download a PDF file of the invoice to your device which includes a full breakdown and description.
How do I update my payment details?
You can update the billing details easily and securely via your Unbiased account by following the steps below:
1. Click on ‘Billing’ in the left sidebar of your account.
2. Click on ‘Payment Details’.
3. Click on ‘Update Payment Details’ next to the direct debit/card and enter your new bank details.
You can pay for your enquiries and subscription by credit card, or keep your subscription going through direct debit.
