Important information on subscription credits and purchasing enquiries

Subscription Credits   

Every month you’ll be charged a fixed amount of Subscription Credits to redeem against potential enquiries. These credits are mandatory within your Subscription and cannot be reduced

This monthly charge will combine with your monthly Subscription Payment on your first billing date. Only when your Subscription payment has cleared will your credits be active for redemption.

Your Subscription Credits  automatically appear in your account and are clearly visible in the top-right corner of the Unbiased ProApp when logged in.

Each credit is costs one British Pound Sterling (£1.00)  plus VAT.   Please note that all Subscription Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Any additional locations you add to your account will incur additional Subscription Credits.    

Each month, you’ll also receive an addition of 5% additional Credits (a "boost"), helping to reduce your overall cost per lead.  


How do Subscription Credits work? 
   

Subscription Credits automatically redeem in order of their expiration date, meaning those with the earliest expiry will be redeemed first before any newer credits. This ensures that credits closest to expiry are utilised before they expire.

When seeking to purchase an enquiry (or "lead") within the ProApp, if you have enough Credits on your account, you will see a yellow 'Accept' button. enabling you to redeem the Credits and purchase the enquiry in a single transaction.

If you have insufficient Credits on your account and wish to purchase an active enquiry, you will see a yellow 'Top up & accept enquiry' button. Perfoming this action will automatically charge your saved method of payment for the difference (or full amount) of the cost of the credits for the enquiry (plus VAT). If successful, the enquiry will be purchased and redeemed by your new credits in the same transaction.

We strongly advise that you ensure your bank details on file are up to date, to avoid delays when purchasing an enquiry. 

Note: for security purposes during initial activation of your bank and card details, you will have to approve a £0.01 transaction in your banking app before you can accept leads with a single click thereafter.


How have you calculated my Subscription Credits?    

Subscription credits are calculated on a monthly basis per location at the following minimum thresholds:
For Financial Advisers: 40 credits (plus VAT)
For Mortgage Brokers: 20 credits (plus VAT)
For Accountants: 20 credits (plus VAT)

How can I top up my balance?  

You can either increase your monthly subscription allowance or top up as you go.   
To add credits to your account simply:

  1. Log into UnbiasedPro
  2. Go to the billing section and select the 'credits' tab   
  3. Choose the number of credits to purchase and click 'Top up my balance'   
  4. The payment card on the account will be charged and a summary of the purchase will be displayed, including the number of credits, the updated credit balance, and the total charge amount   
  5. Credits will be added to your account instantly upon purchase. Note that VAT will be applied to the purchase amount.
