Important information on purchasing enquiries and subscription credits
From 2nd January accepting enquiries and managing spend will be even easier with inclusive monthly Subscription Credits.
Every month you’ll be charged a fixed amount of Subscription Credits to redeem against accepted enquiries.
This monthly charge will be added to your monthly Subscription Payment on your first billing date after 2nd January. Your Subscription Credits will automatically appear in your account with any enquiries accepted after this date redeemed against this credit. All Subscription Credits will be valid for 6 months.
You’ll also receive a 5% credit boost every month reducing your overall cost per lead and you can continue to scale by increasing this on a reoccurring or ad hoc basis.
Any additional locations you add to your account will incur an additional Subscription Credit.

How do Subscription Credits work?
Each credit is one credit = £1 plus VAT.
Your subscription credit will be taken on your billing date each month
Subscription credits also provide a 5% credit boost each month. The boost amount is based on the value of your monthly subscription credit purchase, so if, you set up a subscription credit of 100 paid credits, you'll receive 5 extra credits for free. This means you'll have more credits at a cost of less than £1 per credit.
How have you calculated my Subscription Credits?
Your subscription credits have been calculated based on your average credit usage between 1st August and 31st October. If you wish to increase this amount or understand more then please contact your account manager.
How long are Subscription Credits valid for?
Subscription Credits are valid for a period of six months. You can see the status of your credits within your account.
What happens if I go over my monthly subscription credit allowance?
You can either increase your monthly subscription allowance or top up as you go.
To add credits to your account simply:
- Log into your UnbiasedPro account
- Go to the billing section and select the 'credits' tab
- Choose the number of credits to purchase and click 'Top up my balance'
- The payment card on the account will be charged and a summary of the purchase will be displayed, including the number of credits, the updated credit balance, and the total charge amount
- Credits will be added to your account instantly upon purchase
- Note that VAT will be applied to the purchase amount.
Does this amount increase if I purchase more locations?
Any additional locations you add to your account will incur an additional Subscription Credit of £40 (ex. VAT) for Finance leads and £20 (ex. VAT) for Accountancy or Mortgage leads.
