      🔐 How to Log into Your Unbiased Pro Account & Resetting Your Password

      Follow these simple steps to log into your Unbiased Pro account or reset your password quickly and securely.

      1. Visit the Login Page
        Navigate to the Unbiased Pro login page: https://v2.unbiased.co.uk/pro/login.

      2. Enter Your Credentials

        • Email Address: Input the email address associated with your Unbiased Pro account.

        • Password: Enter your password.​

      3. Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) (Optional but recommended)
        For enhanced security, Unbiased Pro supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If you have MFA enabled, you'll be prompted to verify your identity through an additional method, such as a mobile app or email code. Setting up MFA takes less than 2 minutes and ensures you meet the industry standard for data protection.

      4. Click 'Login'
        After entering your credentials, click the Login button to access your account.

      How to Reset Your Password

      1. Access the Login Page
        Go to the Unbiased Pro login page: https://v2.unbiased.co.uk/pro/login.

      2. Click 'Forgot Password?'
        Below the password field, click on the Forgot Password? link.

      3. Enter Your Email Address
        Provide the email address associated with your Unbiased Pro account.

      4. Receive Password Reset Email
        Check your inbox for an email from Unbiased Pro containing a password reset link. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

      5. Click the Reset Link
        Open the email and click on the Reset Password link.

      6. Set a New Password
        You'll be directed to a page where you can enter a new password. Ensure your new password meets the required security criteria.

      7. Confirm the New Password
        Re-enter your new password to confirm it.

      8. Submit the New Password
        Click the Submit or Reset Password button to finalize the change.

      9. Log In with New Credentials
        Return to the login page and sign in using your email address and the new password.
