Over the past year, we have made considerable improvements to our product and services, investing heavily in our marketing and technology to deliver enhancements that support your business needs and provide a better experience for you and the customers we connect you with.

These enhancements include:  

Growing the advice market - We've optimised and increased our marketing to drive even greater consumer reach, bringing over £15bn Assets under Management (AUM) into the industry, 75% of which is from consumers who have never used a financial adviser before. These channels include an increased media presence with The Independent, Daily Express and Hello! Magazine as well as specialised partnerships and increased investment in, and presence on, social channels and SEO.

Mobile and desktop enquiry notifications – We now offer real-time alerts for any new lead straight to your phone or desktop with the option to view and accept in a single tap. Available on all plans.  

Increased account security - As part of our ongoing efforts to increase the security of your account and protect your data, we launched multi-factor authentication (MFA). This means even if your Unbiased password was hacked, your account and your clients’ data would remain secure. In addition, we have also upgraded our security to be SOC 2 compliant. Available on all plans.  

SMS verification on enquiries – Nearly all our enquiries are now SMS verified with a 2-step SMS verification to confirm a consumer’s intent and contact information.  Available on all plans.  

Launch of Marketplace - With Unbiased Marketplace you no longer have to wait for leads to come to you. You can now quickly top up your prospect pipeline anytime you want, and at a reduced cost. Available on Standard, Enhanced, Premium, Growth and Growth Plus for Financial Advisers and Mortgage Advisers.  

Inclusive subscription credits – Launched to reduce your overall monthly cost per lead with a 5% credit boost and streamlining your payments to make accepting enquiries and managing spend easier than ever.  

Roll-out of Insurance and Protection leads – In response to the changing demands of consumers, I&P leads have increased by over 200% YoY. As a result, we have opened them up to our Mortgage Advice customers to ensure more consumers get the help they need. Available to Mortgage advisers.   

Introduction of maximum wealth levelsWe listened to feedback and have included a maximum wealth level for customers on Financial Advice plans in order to match with ideal clients of a lower wealth value. Available to Financial Advisers.  

Consumer enquiry cancellation - To improve the quality of leads and increase intent, we’ve added the ability for consumers to cancel an enquiry if they change their mind. This has already led to 2% of leads with no intent being removed. Available on all plans.

Intelliflo CRM integration – Our upcoming integration creates a seamless two-way API with your Intelliflo account. All newly accepted leads will instantly appear within your account, increasing efficiencies by saving time and removing human error of copying leads across. It can also automatically update your Unbiased dashboard with live lead status for a real-time overview of ROI and performance. Available on Standard, Premium, Enhanced & Enterprise Financial Advice plans.  

Enhanced performance dashboard – Our new dashboard will make your data work harder, showing you the exact performance of each location so you can derive insights from the leads you’ve accepted and what your ROI is. You’ll also be able to set targets and track your progress towards them to ensure you’re staying on budget and supplementing your client books in line with your acquisition strategy. Available on Standard, Premium, Enhanced & Enterprise Financial Advice plans. 

Real time ROI calculator – This new feature will enable you to measure your performance based on spend, conversion and fees so you can track your return at any given time and adapt your strategies accordingly. Available on Standard, Premium, Enhanced & Enterprise Financial Advice plans.
