Yes. Where the value of the enquiry exceeds the value of credits available in your account, you will need to purchase additional credits to cover the difference at the point of accepting the enquiry. This will be a seamless process where you can top up your balance immediately to purchase the enquiry. So, for example, if an enquiry costs £50 and you only have 45 credits in your account, you can add 5 credits immediately to complete the purchase of the enquiry. Please refer to the ‘How do I purchase credits?’ answer.
