The Response Rating is a score indicating how active mortgage and financial advisers are in responding to enquiries.
When you receive an enquiry, you can choose to accept it, reject it, or let it expire. If you choose to accept or reject the enquiry, your Response Rating will improve. Accepting an enquiry will increase your Response Rating more than rejecting one – but only letting an enquiry expire will affect your Response Rating negatively.
All professionals’ response ratings begin at 7/10 – and will change from this point depending on how you respond.
