What happens if I pay for a top-tier (high value) enquiry and the information the consumer has supplied on their wealth and assets is not correct?

We make efforts to ensure that the information a consumer submits in an enquiry is of the highest quality and is as accurate and detailed as possible.  This information is then passed on within the enquiry email you receive and will be linked to the new tiered pricing structure.  Whilst we encourage consumers to be honest and transparent, we can only pass on the information volunteered by them.  We do not warrant or offer any guarantee that the information stated in an enquiry is complete or accurate and will not be able to offer any reimbursement on enquiries where the wealth/assets information is not correct.
