Making payments securer using Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)

To comply with the FCA's standards for e-commerce, Unbiased has implemented Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for all financial transactions via the ProApp.

This measure is required to enhance the security of card payments and limit the potential for fraud during the authentication process.

If your payment card details are declined by your bank while using the ProApp, this can be resolved easily by setting up your card details again and completing the 3DSecure Process.

To update your card details and set up the 3DSecure Process, go to the Billing Tab > Payment Details tab and select the Update Payment Details button. You can use the same card details again.
