⚡SmartAccept

SmartAccept is our first AI-powered feature, designed to work while you rest. It learns your preferences and automatically accepts the right enquiries after hours — so you never miss a great prospect, even when you’ve logged off.

Who is eligible?
SmartAccept is currently launching in beta and is available to selected UK Financial advisers and Mortgage brokers on an invitation-only basis.  

How does it work? 

  • SmartAccept automatically accepts enquiries based on your historic acceptance behaviour. It’s personally trained with your data, using your existing enquiry preferences (such as advice type, asset level, and past acceptance history) to decide whether to accept a new enquiry.
  • It analyses all the details of each enquiry, including the consumer’s message, and compares them to the ones you’ve previously accepted. If a new enquiry closely matches your past accepted ones, SmartAccept will automatically accept it for you.
  • SmartAccept doesn’t change the number or type of enquiries you receive, it simply acts at the point of acceptance.

When does SmartAccept currently operate? 

SmartAccept takes over when you clock off: 

  • Weekdays: 5pm–9am 
  • All weekend
  • Bank holidays 

    That means you can step away from your desk while SmartAccept secures more valuable opportunities for you.

    How will I receive SmartAccept leads? 

    If SmartAccept accepts an enquiry for you, you’ll receive it just like a regular lead: in your Unbiased Pro dashboard and via email. Each one is clearly labelled SmartAccept, so you’ll always know where it came from.

    If SmartAccept doesn’t accept an enquiry, you’ll still get your usual enquiry notification email so you can review it yourself as normal.

    How do I turn SmartAccept on/off?
    To turn on SmartAccept:

    • Make sure you have subscription credits set up on your account (your Account Manager can help).
    • Check your enquiry preferences are up to date.
    • Toggle the SmartAccept button in the enquiry section of your Pro app.
    Once activated, SmartAccept will run automatically out of office hours. You don’t need to turn it off during the day, it only operates in the hours listed above.

    To turn it off completely, simply toggle the SmartAccept button again in your dashboard.

         

    Does it cost me? 
    As part of the beta phase, SmartAccept is free of charge for all eligible users from 30th October until 5th January 2026.

    How do I pay for SmartAccept leads? 
    SmartAccept leads are paid for using your subscription credits, so you’ll need to ensure you have enough available each month.

    Can I get a refund on my SmartAccept lead?
    Yes, SmartAccept leads are covered by our standard refund policy.

    How can I make it better?
    You can help train SmartAccept to become even smarter. Simply tap the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons on any SmartAccepted enquiry to give feedback. That feedback refines the model and improves its accuracy over time.

    Who can use SmartAccept?
    SmartAccept will only work when you have subscription credits on your account and only for advice areas that have 40 or more accepted enquiries in the last 200 days. That rolling dataset keeps SmartAccept accurate, relevant, and personalised to you.
