SmartAccept

SmartAccept is our first AI-powered feature. It learns your preferences and automatically accepts enquiries matching those preferences outside of working hours—helping you capture more of the right prospects and win more business all while you’re offline.

Who is eligible? 

SmartAccept is currently launching in beta and is available to selected UK Financial advisers and Mortgage brokers on an invitation-only basis.  

How does it work? 

  • SmartAccept uses machine learning to analyse your enquiry history and acceptance behaviour. 
  • It mirrors your preferences by automatically accepting enquiries that match your profile during out of hours. 
  • Once SmartAccept has accepted a lead for you, the enquiry will appear in your inbox as well as  within the ‘accepted enquiry’ tab of your dashboard. SmartAccept leads are tagged for easy identification and can be further trained with thumbs up or down feedback.

When does SmartAccept currently operate? 

SmartAccept takes over when you clock off: 

  • Weekdays: 5pm–9am 
  • All weekend 
  • Bank holidays 

That means you can step away from your desk while SmartAccept secures you more valuable opportunities. 

How will I receive SmartAccept leads? 

Once SmartAccept has accepted a lead for you, you will receive the enquiry details just like with regular leads. These will be delivered to your Unbiased Pro dashboard and your email. Each one is clearly labelled SmartAccept so you’ll always know where it came from.

How do I turn it on/off?
Once activated, SmartAccept will remain switched on. To turn it off, simply toggle the SmartAccept button within your enquiry dashboard.  

     

Does it cost me?  

As part of the beta phase, SmartAccept will be available free of charge to all eligible users from 30th October until 5th January 2026.

How do I pay for SmartAccept leads?  

SmartAccept leads are paid for by subscription credits so you will need to ensure you have enough monthly credits available.  

Can I get a refund on my SmartAccept lead? 

SmartAccept leads are subject to our normal refund policy.
