Following the release last month where we made it much quicker and easier for you to submit your enquiry refund request from within Unbiased Pro, we have now made it possible for you to easily see all of your pending refund requests.
Simply navigate to the Accepted or All Enquiries tabs and use the Status filter to filter only enquiries with a Refund Requested status.
If you aren't seeing refund requests, some common things to check are:
- Clear all other filters currently applied (e.g. date ranges)
- Whether the enquiry is already refunded (it would have a Refunded status)
