My card payment failed, what happens now?

If your card payment fails, your credits and credit boost will not be added to your account. We will notify you by email and a message will appear within your account. You can update your card details and make another attempt to pay from within your account. If this is successful, the credit and credit boost will be applied to your account. Any future regular monthly credit purchase payments will continue to be taken on your subscription billing date.
