Currently, there isn't an auto-cancel functionality linked to your subscription, so you will be responsible for cancelling your regular monthly credit purchase prior to the next payment being taken.
To cancel your monthly credit purchase, login into your account and cancel this by clicking the ‘cancel payments’ link on the regular monthly credit purchase widget. You will find the widget on the upcoming payments tab within the billing section of your account. You have until midnight on the day before the payment is due to cancel.
If you don’t cancel prior to payment being taken, we are unable to offer you a refund. We are currently developing the auto-cancel functionality and hope to have this available in the next few weeks.
