If I am unhappy with the quality of an enquiry, can I be reimbursed and how long will it take?

Our refund policy will not change with the introduction of our new pricing structure and credit system.  You must contact us within 10 days of accepting an enquiry for any refund request.  We will review each request as quickly as possible.  If the reimbursement is approved, the full cost of the enquiry will be refunded in the form of credits and added to your account. For example, if an enquiry cost is £60, we would apply 60 credits as a refund to your account.
