# 🗑️ How can I unsubscribe/ request a GDPR erasure of my data?

You can choose which emails you prefer to receive, reduce the frequency or pause your emails by updating your preferences from your own personal link in the bottom of any of our marketing emails.

If you would prefer to unsubscribe from all of our emails, you can do this directly from the link in the bottom of any of our marketing emails.

You will still continue to receive service emails if you use the Unbiased service.

If you can’t find the link or wish to request a full erasure of your data, please email [contact@unbiased.co.uk](mailto:contact@unbiased.co.uk) from your registered email address.
