# 📧 Can I choose which emails I would prefer to receive and how often?

## Managing your email preferences

Yes. You can control the types of emails you receive from Unbiased, as well as reduce the frequency or pause marketing emails altogether.

You can update your preferences at any time using the **personal preferences link at the bottom of any Unbiased marketing email**. From there, you can:

- choose which types of emails you’d like to receive
- reduce how often we contact you
- unsubscribe from marketing emails if you prefer

Changes usually take effect shortly after you update your settings.

Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you may still receive essential service-related messages, such as confirmations or updates linked to an enquiry you’ve made.

If you’re having trouble updating your preferences, you can email **contact@unbiased.co.uk** from the email address you used to sign up, and our team will be happy to help.

Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5pm.
