When you submit an enquiry through our website, you won’t be charged for being matched with an adviser, and the initial consultation is typically free. This first conversation gives you the opportunity to explain your needs and understand whether the adviser is a good fit for you.

After that, any ongoing advice or services are provided directly by the adviser, and they will explain their fees before you decide whether to proceed. Advisers listed on Unbiased set their own fees, which can vary depending on the type of advice you’re looking for.
